k2xtools is currently provided only as a source distribution.
A precompiled windows version is also available, but rather untested. The tools are tested under various Linux distributions as well as under Mac OS X, other Un*x flavours should not make any problems as far as the required tools are installed.

Requirements

gcc >= 3.0 is recommended, others may also do their job. Additionally bison and flex are required. For running k2pp you'll need python >= 2.1

Installation

To install k2asm/k2pp, cd in the k2asm folder and execute the configure script. then type 'make'. After succesful compilation use 'make install' to install the binaries.
